To confirm your consultation appointment booking, we require the full consultation fee to be prepaid at least 24 hours prior. In the event the fee has not been prepaid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. We may or may not notify you of the cancellation.

In the event that you are not able to attend an appointment, please contact this clinic within 24 hours and reschedule your appointment. This will assist us to ensure that we can accommodate another patient who may be in urgent need of our services.
Every care is taken to ensure that you receive the best service within the appropriate timeframe that has been designated for you whether your show up or not. For this reason, if you do not contact us within 24 hours, or if your cancellation is of an inconsiderate nature, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of up to 40% of your treatment cost.

To confirm your appointment please reply to our computer-generated SMS. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of your appointment starting, we will contact you via either phone, SMS, or email. Refunds and Returns Policy
At Territory Laser Clinic we follow the Northern Territory Consumer Affairs guidelines under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to refunds and returns. In summary, the NT Consumer Affairs refund sign on display in the clinic states:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Gift Voucher Policy
All gift vouchers have 1 year expiry dates. Please redeem gift vouchers prior to the expiry date to avoid disappointment. Bookings are essential and the cancellation and confirmation policies apply. Gift vouchers are only redeemable upon presentation of the voucher.
Other Voucher Policy
All other vouchers issued by Territory Laser Clinic must be presented in order to be redeemed. They must be redeemed prior to their expiry date. Bookings are essential and the cancellation and confirmation policies apply.
At Territory Laser Clinic all practitioners follow a specific code of conduct towards every client. It is essential that clients understand that at no time will rude or offensive behaviour towards practitioners or staff be tolerated. Please respect the property and do not handle any equipment within the clinic at any time.
Other simple points to consider:
All children entering the clinic need a guardian or parent to look after them. You may not be able to bring them into the treatment room with you.
No food or drink allowed into the clinic.
Arrival at your appointment 5 mins prior is essential.
Please arrive 10 mins earlier for all consultations. This allows you plenty of time to fill in all necessary paperwork.
Any instructions including pre and post care must be taken seriously and adhered to.
The practitioner's decision on treatment intervals and suitability for each session visit is final.
